Bibimbap is a rice bowl, topped with various vegetables and meat or tofu specialties. In the middle, we put a marinated soft-boiled egg. Our variation of bibimbap is light and fresh since it is based on Korean, usually, fermented side dishes called banchan. Those who like stronger flavours, can enrich their delicious bibimbap with a Korean sauce of their choice: gochujang, house mixed ssamjang, soy sauce. You can also combine all three.
